Ginger beer
Does any one have a recipefor good alco ginger beer-or /and a recipe for beer with ginger. I'm off work for two weeks so will be brewing anyway. OOPS should have read through recipes !!!

3000g pale malt
500g crystal
500g wheat malt
(any bittering hop to about 30ibu) - Full boil
500g cubed, frozen root ginger - 20 minutes (and in fermenter)
20g Bobek - 5 minutes

Did your recipe for GB today- never seen so much trub!!!! Blocked the boiler strainer- Generaly bad brew day though. Used 750g of cubed ginger root though. "Some like it hot"
