After having a sucessful AG#1 (EsJay Stout) which is a keeper I thought for AG#4 I would try a stout with a twist, plus a little stronger.
AG#4 EsJay Black Cherry Stout - I am using my fav hops ''Green Bullet'' Am going for a more imperial stout here, lower volume of beer but higher ABV. Will probably Primary for a week then secondary for a fair fair while before bottling to store away for a couple of months! Anyone tried similar before? If so any suggestions? Maybe changes?

Re: Possible AG#4
If I were brewing this recipe I'd put the cherries in the secondary instead of the boil.
I'm just here for the beer.
