Southern Turkey, On the Bozburun Peninusla. We honeymooned there many years ago as well. Family and friends rentals. No advertising or stranger walk ups. The place is too nice to risk it getting abused.
2 hours from Dalaman by private transfer, PM if you want to know more about it, you qualify. Ah well back to reality. Saudi here i come!

I would mate but i'm in Saudi at the mo and don't have any brewing software with me. Just divide all volumes by 3 and you'll be there(3.5oz of hops to each 100grm vac pack). You are looking to be at about 60 ibu's and 4.2% ABV. MY BHE is a bit crap at 70%. Its the shape of my tun i think so make sure you allow for this when adding the grain(add a bit less if you have a higher bhe). Or just accept that you will have a floating point ABV of between 4.2 to 5%!

My wife and son have tried a few bottles while i have been away and they are saying its the best beer i have made. Good luck and looking fwd to seeing the brewday! I am looking forward to trying my results next Friday. :)

I am a bad man, the world has a new highly addictive substance......

Image

Spicy limes with a kind of sherbety brightness that reminds me of schehallion from harviestoun at the beginning when its just out the fridge, as it warms the tropical fruit starts to come out to play. Its bitter and its young but oh my it's good. Its amazing how all the small incremental improvements i have been making in the brewing process come together and produce this. Not blowing my own trumpet but this beer totally rocks and should be on your to do list.(No arrogance just the truth)

Downside is its overcarbonated but i can live with that.

Matt, there'll be a couple in the post to you in a fortnight. Cheers!
