I want to brew a 7% pale ipa coming out at 70 ibu will prob be pale ale and torrified wheat maybe a little crystal, hops to choose from
pacific gem, pacifica, challenger, northdown, goldings 7%, bobek/celia, cascade, pearle any thoughts i've done pacific gem with pacifica in a sub 4% challenger goes with anything!
I was thinking maybe challenger and northdown for full boil then goldings and bobek/celia last 15 and flame out!
or
Pacific gem full boil then bobek or goldings and cascade fo last 15 and flame out!

I've not enough experience with some of those...
PG for bittering, Cascade for late, dry hop-to-fack with Pacifica... maybe?

You can't go wrong with challenger/goldings.
I'm just here for the beer.

Yeah not to sure my self yet! if it goes well then i'll scale it up for work named "1770" as suggested by you 7% and 70ibu so pump clip should turn out a treat. your saltaire trio pale went down well last night good reception to it!
PG is a great hop and quite economical at 17%aa but then again works well at end of boil, Resolution had PG for boil, Pacifica last 15 then both together at flame out 3.7% and about 39ibu so is a nice session beer.
Single hop series? IPA is dead?

Have done Challenger Cascade, Challenger Bobek, Goldings Bobek but it needs to suit a 7% beer not to sure if they do!

Andy Mogg just mentioned Trio was drinking well too, its an easy drinking tasty beer. I'd much prefer to brew that as a regular than Cascade.
Did you do any research regarding 1770, just in case what I said was partially muddled? :D
7% & 70 IBUs, I'd be interested to taste that ;) (I'd consider a Dry Hop of something Noble to get a bit of Floral stuff going on)

Yeah i popped up to see andy and dave for a couple of halfs trio is nicer than cascade imo!
Pacifica, pearle or cascade would work not dry hopped a beer at work yet! apart from 50g into the cask itself!

I'm doing a 4 gallon batch tomorrow aiming for OG1064.5 hop schedule 20g pacific gem 75min 10g Pacififc gem 15 min then 30g of perle and pacifica for 20 min steep and recirc, will taste wort and consider dry hop with perle and pacifica!

With my Oceania IPA i have found that the sherbert/lime brightness of the Pacific gem is already becoming muted. Boiled sweet esters off of the Columbus is a strong supporter of the midtaste in the beer. I throw this into the mix as i don't know what pacifica are like. Bobek and Goldings would be classic/gorgeous at flame out and would stay active on the taste buds for Months after bottling. Guess it also depends on how long you intend to mature before drinking it? IPA dead? Are you mad Sir! :)

Got 1064 from it the taste and aroma was spot on! Perle and Pacifica together at the end seemed to work! after fermentation it will go in cold room for couple of days then into a pin for 2-3 weeks then it will tested on the bar for reaction
think next up a classic goldings and bobek
IPA is dead was a single hop IPA series from brewdog followed by many other breweries i was suggestion to jump on band waggon! as brewdog maybe did from Mikkeller??
