hello have i done this right i want to make 40litres of pendle witches from graham wheelers book. so what i did was use the 25litres recipe and then used beer engine to upscale it to 40litres. does this recipe look ok or not

I try and mash at 2.4L and usually find it could be thicker. Go for it.
