Hi

Specifically I am wondering if I you think I am overdoing the Chinook?

Thanks

Nothing over-done there :)
I'm looking forward to tasting my first brew with Chinook, will be bottling it today.

done 2 brews with chinook 1 100% which came out a bit to acidy for me .and the other was chinook for bittering and crystal late add and flame out and that was jubly.when i say acidy i meen that tangy thingy you get when you eat a grapfruit.which these hops are noted for
