sorry my grammer is poor lol. i like bobek i may just do that, i always find it takes a age for the bobek flavour to come through in my beers a good 7-8 weeks before i even start tasting them?

yeah that's what I thought when I read it!

you should check out beer engine:

http://www.practicalbrewing.co.uk/calcu ... eerengine/

really useful free software for getting recipes together etc, may not be the best out there but if you just want to see about ebc and ebu etc you can't go wrong!

But yeah with those ingredients it really depends what you want to brew, if it were me I'd probably do something like what trunky suggests, its summer so you want something hoppy and fruity?! maybe use some of the ekg as early bittering hops and put lots of bobek in at 15, 5 and 0 minutes and then some to dry hop, I did something similar last year and it was lovely!

my missus just informed me she moved the hops around in the freezer so she could fit some mince meat in there. i have found some sorachi ace, challenger. i really like challenger hops. as anyone done a all challenger bitter?

I would probably go something like:

Pale 3700g
Crystal 300g
Torri 200g

Fuggles - 40g Full boil
EKG - 30g boil 5 minutes and steep for 30

*EDIT* This was for 23l - i see you were looking for a 40l recipe.

Here ya go matey.
Try one of Horden Hillbilly's recipes here:

http://uk-homebrew.tripod.com/id26.html

You'll need to scale them up to 40 litres but you should find something to fit your ingredients there.
