My first Design on Beer engine, not bad for a newby.

Nearly finished ferment so had a sneaky taste and was well impressed!!
Does some of the more experienced among us think it will work??

Think I really got the bug now, this is my second extract and partial mash after kit's.

BTW, I like my beer with lots of body and strong flavours, that's why I went for this one.

Any advice is always welcome.

This seems a little stuck, been in the FV for 7 days at 22c and has hardly moved in 3 days FG 1.022 to 1.020. getting a little concerned, Should I leave it for a few day's??

Tasted good, was well pleased.....Trying something different next time, but will do it again.
