Moorhouse White Mist

Post by kane » Sat Jul 09, 2011 10:39 pm

Hey guys,
Had a pint of this tonight, a little too dry for my tastes, but i enjoyed the flavour/aroma.
Tastes extremely similar to my first attempt at a landlord clone

Anyone have a suggestion of a recipe?
Id assume the main aroma/flavour would be styrian goldings (from it tasting similar to my attempt at a landlord), but my uneducated palette is probably wrong

Cheers
Kane

A quick google found this. Cannot vouch for accuracy but it says" A golden clear wheat beer, White Mist combines traditional Fuggles and Williamette hops to give a prominent honey nose with a hint of hop and then a full generous mouth feel with bags of citrus fruit. "

Good luck!

Yes i saw that also, however it also says its a wheat beer, which i didnt think was the case (at least from moorhouses website it gives no indication its a wheat beer).
