I wanted to try and recreate it and do a nice single hop amarillo APA, but unfortunately I only have 100g of Amarillo, so I have decided to go with an amarillo / centennial combo (as this has worked well for me before in Jamils Evil twin and Jims Summer Supper). I plan to brew tomorrow morning, have a look at the recipe and let me know what you think...
The plan is to turn this around pretty quick and have a corny ready for when my parents visit in 4 weeks

25g Centennial (11.7% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
50g Amarillo (9.5% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil)
50g Centennial (11.7% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil)
25g Amarillo (8.6% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Dry Hop)
25g Centennial (9.7% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Dry Hop)
Protofloc Tablet @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
Servomyces cap @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
Single step Infusion at 67°C for 75 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes
Fermented at 20°C with WLP001 - California Ale

I like the look of this recipe. Need to do a pale brew using lager malt myself, with all late addition hops as i have some to use up. Look forward to your tastings update in a few weeks

Cheers. Boil started 20 mins ago. Will let you know how it turns out. Recipe tweaked slightly as I cant leave alone...
