Another 10 min APA

Brewing up another 10 minute APA. I've done a few now, and they are great

5.2kg Best pils malt
400g TF light crystal
300g Simpsons aromatic.

45g each Cascade and Columbus at 10 mins

38 IBU

Single infusion mash at 66

When you say 10 minute, do you mean the boil is only 10 minutes, or you only use 10 minute hop additions?

The latter i guess.

Yeah mate, i still boil for the usual 90 mins, but all the hops go in at 10 mins. Despite being around 6%, the kegs dont last long at all!
