Thanks for looking at the recipe, I'm going to leave it at that level of hopping because I don't want it too hoppy, I love a well hopped beer but wanted to try pulling them right back for this. I've been reading up and it seems that a lot of stouts have a low hop rate, I guess to add to the smoothness or ease of drinking. Time will tell of course, and if it needs more then I'll up them next time!
