Has anyone used Sladek hops ? i have finally got hold of and round to planning a single hop Sladek pale brew and after playing around with beer engine come up with this recipe but not being able to find much out about the hop other than it having similarities with Saaz i dont know wether it will work as is or wether it needs a little less bitterness or other tweaking, any thoughts would be appreciated
