Just threw together with some leftover hallertau. Basically a lager with ale yeast, made slightly more interesting with some crystal and late additions. Hoping to have it clear in a month ready for my birthday beer pong tournament, so no lagering process! I'll cheekily use heading powder and a good clarifier in this to get it tasting great in a short time space
