Gonna attempt a De Knoninck style ale on my day off tommorrow. Ist recipe i've posted, been building up confidence. On AG no. 10 after a series of single hopped pales a couple beglian dubbles/trippels. I'm going for a slightly lower abv belgian ale.
3kg belgian pale malt
2kg vienna malt
250g special B
250g wheat
saaz 50 @ 90 boil
saaz 30 @ 15 boil
saaz 20 @ 0 steep
WLP 515 Antwerp ale yeast
This should come out around 5% abv. I'll try and take some pics and put up a brewday post.
