Hi, Ive got a leffe look a like in the fv, was thinking of a recipe to pitch onto the wlp500 when its done. I've got about 300g aromatic malt, 4kg wheat, pale, crystal, etc, anyone got a recipe to do a strongish wit? cheers :mrgreen:

WLP 500 is not the yeast you want for a Wit.Not the yeast for leffe either.WLP400 for the Wit,WLP 530 for the Leffe

too late for the leffe, so what do you suggest for a follow on brew, bearing in mind I'm not a clone recipe purist :)
