BIAB #4 - Blonde Bullet

Post by Monkeybrew » Wed Mar 14, 2012 9:59 pm

I would appreciate some thoughts on my recipe for a hoppy Blonde Ale.

I love Crouch Vale's Brewers Gold, but fancied trying out some Green Bullet hops that I have had in my fridge for a while, and hope to end up with an ale that looks like a lager until you sniff and slurp it :D

Cheers

After doing a bit of Green Bullet research, it seems that they don't go too well in really pale ales.

I've been out and bought some Brewers Gold hops, so will now be shooting for a Crouch Vale clone

Brewers Gold is a well regarded hop for bittering in lots of light and blonde ales from Mallinsons Brewery, they make some excellent beers :)
