Drinking a single hop citra at the moment and not quite sure about it, it's OK but not fantastic. Still got some and was thinking next brew I will use it with a second hop. My brew wasn't all pale, I also used Munich and crystal malts in the mash.

Did this lately and it was turn out really nice.. Simple recipe

23L Eff - 75%
OG - 1.051 IBU - 41
4.10 kg Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 82.00 %
0.35 kg Munich Malt (6.0 SRM) Grain 7.00 %
0.35 kg Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) Grain 7.00 %
0.20 kg Caramel Malt - 10L (Briess) (10.0 SRM) Grain 4.00 %
15.00 gm Citra [13.90 %] (60 min) Hops 22.7 IBU
20.00 gm Citra [13.90 %] (20 min) Hops 18.3 IBU
60.00 gm Citra [13.90 %] (Flame Out Aroma Hop- 30 min Steep) Whirlpool Hops
Yeast - US-05 @ 17c for 48hrs, 20c till end

If you want to dry hop, do it sparingly as citra is very grassy. Citra as a 60mins did impart a little harshness but it is otherwise still an awesome beer.
