Honey Zest Ale - One for the Sunshine!

Howdy dudes,

Anyone else brewing up something punchy, fruity and zesty for the summer months? I'm brewing this up next Thursday. Slanted WLP002 in early stages at the min (7ml wort) so should be built up to 1L by Thursday. Can't wait for this one. These types of beers get me all excited!!! :) :) :) :) :)

Honey Zest Ale
20-A Fruit Beer

Size: 25L
Efficiency: 80.0%
Attenuation: 87.0%

Original Gravity: 1.047 (1.026 - 1.120)
Terminal Gravity: 1.006 (0.995 - 1.035)
Color: 14.41 (1.0 - 50.0)
Alcohol: 5.34% (2.5% - 14.5%)
Bitterness: 30.3 (0.0 - 100.0)

Ingredients:
4 kg Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt
200 g British Crystal 55°L
100.0 g Torrified Wheat
67.0 g Bobek (4.5%) - added during boil, boiled 90 m
20.0 g Crushed Coriander - added during boil, boiled 3 m
50.0 g Clementine zest - added during boil, boiled 3 m
20.0 g Bobek (4.5%) - steeped after boil
450 g Rowse Honey
WLP002 - Fuller's

I've had good results steeping zest after the boil.
I'm just here for the beer.

Interesting. Would you say this works better than adding at the last few mins of the boil?

I've tried a couple of honeys and this one is defs the best so far I reckon.

WLP002 starter chuging away nicely!
