Keo Beer Recipe

Post by Ninj » Sat Apr 07, 2012 8:53 pm

Hi all,

I vaguely remember a brief mention of a recipe to clone this Cypriot lovely a while back, but can't for the life of me find it.

has anyone made something similar? I'm imagining a pilsner style malt with some rice/maize but a bit bamboozled on what type of hop would sit well with it and indeed what yeast.

Cheers in advance :)

It's a really nice beer when the sun is cracking the flags and you're rather parched after a walk around your resort in Cyprus. It never tastes the same over here though, not that lager is my beer of choice.......
Can't help with a recipe, sorry :(

Cheers Tom

There's a member on Jim's that has a book of clone recipe's, one is for Keo. He's posted here. If you read down to below where he quotes the Grolch recipe, he offers to post others from the book. You only have to ask :D
The members mame is delta9.
Good luck.........

Cheers Tom
