Planning my next Lager

Thinking of doing another Lager next month. Was thinking of doing something like this:

23L

Using bottled water from Aldi

Lager Malt 5kg
Crystal Malt 200g
Wheat Malt 200g
Flaked Rice 250g

Bittering with Hallertau hops to 30 EBU

Then aroma with more Hallertau at 15, 10, 5, and 0 mins.

Lager Yeast: Saflager S-23

Any thoughts or comments anyone? :)

looks ok to me, I think the trick is plenty of time through the fermentation process, temps etc
no palate, no patience.
