Are you chaps still around Norway? I moved to Bergen last May and found some nice pubs with some fantastic beers (had to sell one my kidneys to buy them though).

Are you sure about this? Replicating a commercial standard lager is probably the hardest thing for a home brewer to do. Anyway, here is what I know about how Tennent's is brewed:
They don't use a decoction mash. It's an infusion at 65-66º. They use mash filters. (source: Tennents website)
The mash contains malt, wheat and maize but I don't know the proportions. Brew it for an initial ABV of 7.5%, bittering with pellet hops (possibly Hallertau) and iso-extract to 20 IBU. Ferment at 13º, cold-condition at -1º for two days and then liquor back to drinking strength. Aim for 5.4g/L of CO2 when carbonating. (source: information given on a brewery tour)
You won't be able to filter so your beer will probably have all sorts of off flavours.
