5kgs Lager Malt
About 500g Golden Sugar
About 100g Saaz
About 60g Halletauer Mittelfruh
Protofloc
S23 yeast
Mixed the hops together and chucked about half in at 90 mins with the sugar.
Half of the remaining hops went in at 15 mins with a protofloc.
Rest of the hops went in at 0 mins and left to steep for an hour.
Drained into the FV and then I sparged the hops with about 3litres of boiling water and added this liquor.
Ended up with about 27litres in the FV.

I saw that, too. But I'm just putting it out there for when they come back. Also, I believe a direct response sends an alert to the OP.
