The day has not started well! The mash tun has developed a leak. I missed strike temp by 10 degrees resulting in giving up & starting again. When I got strike temp, the grain filter broke free. I forgot to close the tap on the HLT when refilling and ended up with a wet groin. And I've just noticed one of the hoses on the IC is spit!!
Oh well, the mash is on and the hops weighed. So I'm getting there! lol
