Yet another AIPA

Hi.
This one is just conditioning at the moment prior to racking into bag in boxes.

Maris Otter Pale Malt 9.5 Kg

Challenger @ 90 mins 150gm
Cascade @ 90 mins 50gm

Cascade @ 0 mins 100 gm rested for 15 mins prior to cooling.

Mash 66C
OG 1.054
FG 1.011

ABV 5.5% approx.
Colour pale straw
Bitterness fairly extreme

Taste from the FV. Very nice. Citrusy but not too grapefruit. Very very bitter but not harsh. Good body etc but not overdone and not sweet or heavy.
One has some hope for the final product
