The accountants run the show at Marstons, its all about utilisation of hops rather than delicate flavours.

I imagine the Cascade was ditched as soon as they got their hands on the process. They probably utilise the hops they bulk buy, so fuggles and goldings it is!
I am not a Beer expert.....thats exactly the point.

Just listened to this podcast,

Did anyone else pick up the IBU error? He (the brewer) said it was about 24 IBU on the podcast, but the recipe calculates to 36?

Any ideas?
