Planning on doing this Lager again but with a few tweaks, The roast was to evident so need to reduce the Carafa and/or cold steep? . I'm thinking of changing the hops as I didn't really get what I was after. And seems theres tons of new varieties out there and suggestions? Also any suggestions on a liquid yeast for the style? It was fermented @ 12c over 4 weeks and lagered in bulk for over 5 weeks around 1-2c.

Re: Odp: Schwarzbier
Either cold steep or add to mash out. Or use dehusked spezial.
Re: Schwarzbier
