Fermented with WLP02 at about 65F
Single Infustion mash about 152F for at least an hour.
You should end up with roughly 50 IBU's of bitterness (I personally would try to bump it to 60 myself but that's just me).
I watched a friend do this over the weekend and although I have not brewed it myself or tasted it yet....hey, how can you miss? Anyway, if you want to brew like an American this would be something interesting to try. Enjoy.
