Should come out at about 7.2% ABV and 69 IBU.
Basically wanting to go for a nice, large American IPA. It's pretty close to the border line between an IIPA and an AIPA, but I've got high hopes. I'll be using Safale S-04 for the yeast (English I know, but I've separated some from the trub from a previous brew.

Me and my brother did an Apollo IPA with fullers yeast. Not the same strain as you're using of course but both have lower attenuation and more of an estery profile than Safale 05. It worked really well but I'm not sure if we got lucky on getting the balance right.
