AG#18 - Hop Shot

AG#18

A brew to use some fresh green hops that I was given

Name: Hop Shot

Grain Bill:

3250g Maris Otter 86%
465g, Torrified Wheat 13%
65g, Pale Crystal Malt 1%

Hops:
13g Target 11.12 60min
100g East Kent Goldings 60min
50g East Kent Goldings 15min
30g East Kent Goldings 1min
1tsp irish moss 15min

Image

Mash at 67°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min. Add a pinch of gypsum at the beginning..


Yeast:
Safeale S-04
Ferment at 20°C

SG:1044
FV1 AG#95 Farwell Freddy
FV2
FV3
FV4
Litres Brewed in :
2013 - 655
2014 - 719
2015 - 726
2016 - 74

Looks tasty. Were the Target hops fresh too, or was that simply to guarantee the requisite IBU?
