Hope it goes well, the batch sparge looks good. Are you going to add the 7 litres at the end to bring it up to mash out temp

Would it make much differance if the Fuggles was replace with all Goldings?

Probably not - the brewery apparently uses Challenger/Northdown/Target for bittering anyway.

:lol: I drink all beer quickly :lol: mind you I think youve made a very wise choice , it is a cracking recipe . the otehr day I was talking to someone who used to brew years ago and i mentioned london pride. he said it was his most frequent dave line brew as cos it was so good, he used to work in a brewery as well so he knows his beer.
