I'm thinking of brewing this tomorrow..
340 Grams of honey would be added when initial fermentation is over. will it work?
Or, maybe doing the same with this..

Honey flavours are very subtle and tend to be degraded during fermentation in my experience (and honey is VERY fermentable). To bolster the effect, might it be worth adding a little Honey Malt (Melanoidin malt) to the mash ?

Sadly, don't have that. I'm looking to brew in the morning.

Honey certainly works, but don't expect buzzy fireworks in the final product as it'll tend to ferment out unless you use a honey with some serious flavour to it - and even then the flavour will tend to remain rather than the honey flavour

I agree with what Pinto has said about the use of honey.
I like the look of your recipe with the fuggles and goldings best. However the final version you have posted has a bit too low bitterness for my liking - Did you mean to have the last two hop additions at 0g?

The last two should have read 30g and 40g.

It has a real lack of honey still.
