Post by far9410 » Tue Oct 15, 2013 7:30 am

Hi all, got a belgian blonde ready to bottle, thinking of priming some of the bottles with the famous polish raspberry syrup, anyone done this? how much would you use?, got some small syringes I thought would use to put it in bottles.
no palate, no patience.

Sugar content should be stated on package, the rest is just math.

I primed once with cherry syrup, didn't notice any cherry notes.

yeah I thought that may be the case, maybe over prime a batch and let it ferment out for a bit before bottling?
