Chili chocolate stout recipe

A pub i visited recently blew me away. They were serving a thick creamy chocolate chili stout that was awesome.

I am guessing it was pale, crystal flaked barley roasted barley , a fair wadge of chocolate malt and chili.... but they will not tell me.

So does anyone have a decent recie for something similar?
