How about a nice bitter with just enough chewy malt and toffee flavors to balance the bright fruitiness of the hops and yeast?

25 L Batch
OG: 1.045 (based on 75% efficiency)
ABV: ~4.4
IBU: 35

4500 g Maris Otter
200 g Crystal
50 g Black Malt

35 g Citra @ First Wort Hop
35 g Cascade @ 10 min
20 g Citra @ flameout/whirlpool
20 g Cascade @ flameout/whirlpool

14 g Citra @ dryhop
14 g Cascade @ dryhop

mash at 66 C for 90 min

boil for 60 min

pitch yeast at 18 C and let free rise to 20 C and hold until fermentation is complete
