First AG brew

So, having joined the forum last week, and read the "all grain top tips" thread I have bitten the bullet and gone ahead with my first AG recipe from Mr. Wheelers excellent book, it is an Everards Tiger clone. Flame out was about 10 mins ago, looking forwards to drinking this with my old man late next month

I would try and wait a good two months before trying :) I know it's hard but it's worth it :)

aye true enough, the tough part is the waiting, especially when you know it's gonna be good :S
