You just can't get the staff these days. I have had a crack with what I've got and come in at an EBC of circa 9. If BS is anything to go by I reckon I'm pretty close at that. Anyway it's all I have so there.

9's probably about right if it's meant to be a Golden Blonde.
I think technically it's called Marilyn Monroe.

Having never tried it I've got no idea what it's supposed to be like, just read how it should be on the woodfordes website I'll try and use beer smith to come up with a recipe.
I'll only brew a small batch so keep it all the same.

I found an app to read it. I'll brew mine in a week or so.
Apart from the yeast I've managed to use my new beer smith app to get everything in the right quantities
