To brew? Never.
I overdid one of my own last year and I've still another 2 gallons to get through, no one else wants it after the first sip.
The same hairs stand up when I drink this as did with BrewDog's. It wasn't restricted to those on my neck and I'm bald headed.

Re: Hardcore IPA
I be tempted to half the amount of the caramel malts, you've got almost 10% there which is a shitload given the size of the beer. And I'm a member of the anti-caramel police in american style hoppy beers so I'd probably leave them out entirely even if they are part of the proper grainbill
It's a cracking beer imo, the best hoppy one they do. Let us know how it turns out if you try it

Re: Hardcore IPA
Thanks guys still laughing at these posts. Especially thanks to Hanglow as I'm not a huge fan of Crystals either, wasnt sure if I'd overdone it.
Will take into account Alix101's recipe, especially the Biscuit and less Crystal.
If I get round to brewing it I'll post it up!
How was yours Alix? Nice n bitter and hoppy? What yeast did you use?
