it will be my 3rd punk to date

my all time top brews to date punk ipa pt 2 red simcoe followed by simcoe smash

many a review has had [all at the Ossett brewery tour tried punk take 2]

The first one i made was very very close to the original punk side by side testing involved
part 2 punk was even better added the missing biscuit to it then the beer sang lovely balance malt hops etc added 200 grams of biscuit that time

this time i am upping the biscuit from 200 grams to 250 grams same with the carapils from 200 to 250 grams
also upping the hops a bit zero dry hop

aiming for 27 litres @ 5.8% ABV
50 ibu which is perfect

20 grams anthunum pellet
20 gram nelson sauvin pellet

dry hop in secondary
30 gram nelson sauvin pellet
50g Ahtanum pellet
55g Vics Secret pellets
50 gram simcoe leaf
