Hey, would appreciate any feedback on this!
Made a Hefeweizen a while back that turned out really well so thought I would try making a nice, bitter, hoppy wheat beer. I've also been looking to use Galaxy for a little while so thought I'd use it now too!

Re: W(I)PA - Wheat (India) Pale Ale
The only thing I'd do differently is replace the caramalt with carawheat.
I'm just here for the beer.

Or crystal wheat presumably, English name/variety.

Re: W(I)PA - Wheat (India) Pale Ale
I'd probably kick the gravity up to the 1.060-1.065 range, IPA's over here are generally a little bigger than your recipe. Actually, I will be interested to see how you like the beer, I'll be trying something similar a little later in the year. I have some Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, Mosecic to play with so I'll come up with the hopping for mine based on that and of course my go to bitter hop is Warrior for beers like this.
Drinking:Saison (in bottles), Belgian Dubbel (in bottles), Oud Bruin (in bottles), Olde Ale (in bottles),
Abbey Triple (in bottles), Munich Helles, Best Bitter (TT Landlord clone), English IPA
Conditioning: Traditional bock bier, CAP
Fermenting: Munich Dunkel
Next up: Bitter (London Pride like), ESB
So many beers to make, so little time (and cold storage space)

Re: W(I)PA - Wheat (India) Pale Ale
Yeah, thats why its not really a true IPA I guess haha. Going for something a little lower gravity I can have more in one go! Potentially gonna be lowering the IBUs down to around 25ish I think but will see. Went with the Caramalt in the end as I couldnt get hold of the Carawheat. Hopefully gonna get to brew this weekend.

So I made this, put it in the keg, had some mates round...it went down far too well to the point that we worked our way through it in 1 day
. Luckily I put some in bottles so will savour those.
