Thinking of trying a williams bros grozet clone, ive never tried the real deal but have some gooseberries so will have a go at a gallon batch, just in case it goes tits up and god awful. Ive not seen any clone recipes for grozet so im kinda making it up from snippets fo info ive picked up. Be nice to get some feedback from others about this:
500g pale dme
100g wheat dme
7g EKG at 60
2g bog myrtle at 15
2g meadow sweet flower at 15
gervin yeast
100g booseberies in FV
