Mine has about 80 calculated IBU, the real IBU level probably isn't too different from yours. My 22l of RIS had 2 packs of Nottingham and wss bottled at 3 weeks going from 1102 to 1030. I started sampling mine after a week in the bottle, and it was good from a week although a bit rough around the edges, but its been great from a month onwards. After about 6 weeks in the bottle I noticed some bottle were rather fizzy, took a gravity reading and was down to 1018! Have spent a loooong long time degassing bottles, am down to only a couple now that are still over conditioned.
