It was nothing fancy recipe wise:
86% Pilsner Malt
7% Munich Malt
7% Carapils
70g Saaz at 60m
30g at 10
Saflager Lager Yeast
Was the first 3 stage mash I'd done (Protein, Maltose, Sacc).
Fermented well and then 2 months in 2c under CO2.
So I've been waiting 3 months to taste my first ever hand made Pilsner and it was so worth it. Just wanted to share... I will have to make another so I look forward to a spring pint. Lovely, crispy, bubbly beast.

Sounds like a classic. Very nicely done.
