I don't know how small your small brew is. Or how new your hops are.
My admiral were 2012. 17.2%aa from the hop swap about 6wks ago.
The brew was 23lt
Nugget 30g @60min
Nugget 10g 30min
Admiral 15g 20min
Nugget 9g. 10min
Admiral 12g 10min
Admiral 14g 5min
Admiral 10g 0min.
I have loads of hops to use, that's why i chucked them in. Anyway it's nice but as its around the 70ibu's it a bit bitter and spicy for me at the mo. But It will mellow over time.
Looking back, maybe I should have not added the nugget at 30min and admiral at 20min, and defo dry hopped.

Anyway yours sound good.

Hi Wonky,

I'm planning on a mini biab so about 11 litres in the FV. I was worried about being to bitter so played around on beer smith to get a good fit for the style.

I'll post full details in a brew day thread soon :)
