You can do a very simple blond with 5kg pilsner malt and 500g sugar added at the end of the boil. If you want to up the ABV then go with 6kg pils and up to 1kg sugar. Use noble hops to around 20-30 IBU. Flavour and aroma hops are optional but I like to put some EKG or Saaz in about 5 mins from the end. Mash with a single infusion at 64-65C.

If you want a little more complexity you can use dark candi sugar or add a little wheat (200-500g) for a nice foamy head.

I've found that a lot of blond, tripel, strong golden and saison recipes are pretty much the same in terms of the types of ingredients and can all be done on a pilsner and sugar base with the same mash temp but the yeast you use will get you the appropriate flavour. Duvel, Saison Dupont and la Chouffe are all made with pilsner and dextrose and a simple hop bill so your ingredient list really doesn't need to be complicated.

I've not used that particular yeast but have heard it attenuates quite well so I can see it being good for a strong golden or saison with a nice dry finish.
