saaz cascade ?

was thinking of making this brew to use up some hops.

20l brew

marris 3.400 g
torrified wheat 120 g
pale crystal 180g

saaz 60m 20g
cascade 60m 20g
saaz 15m 20g
cascade 15m 20g
saaz dry hop 10g
cascade dry hop 10g

yeast mangrove jacks m07

Brooklyn lager mixes noble hops with cascade to good effect. I'd ferment on the cool side to keep it clean. A touch of Munich or Vienna malt would make it even more like Brooklyn lager.
