Am I just being skeptical on this one or have I genuinely overlooked something?

I'm not really sure, The Dr Rudi was given to me and that's whats on the bag?.. Looking at Malt Miller etc.. it seems they should be around 12%AA so maybe theres some adjustment needed there?
