Got a few bags of hops in stock - anyone any recipe suggestions using some of these?

Target (leaf)- about 30g left
Cascade (leaf) - 50g
Centennial (leaf) - 40g
Citra- about 50g in pellet
Summit (leaf)- 100g
Wakatu (leaf) - 100g
Willamette (leaf) - 100g

Willamette and cascade go well Use willamette for bittering and flaour with 30m to go, chuck the cascade in at 10m 20g then 30g at 80c and leave for a couple of hours. If you need more bitterness add some centenial at 30m - that way you'll support the cacades aroma
Sunmmit - horrible hop, can taste of onions, I used it once and wasnt impresed. You could use for bittering if careful
I don't know wakatu, but the innernet suggests mainly harmless, a big Hallertau. I'd pair it with the citra, which you don't nearly have enough of, but might get by. Use the Wakatu for bittering and then a late addtion with 5m to go to help the aroma cool to 80c and chuck all the citra in and stand for a couple of hours, brew a pale/golden ale to show off the citra and aim for some body without coulour to avouid astringency - carapils, 200g poridge oatets, flaked malted oats, munich will all do the trick,
