Fergus, Head Brewer at Adnams, was recently asked about the yeast strains available that replicate Adnams, he said the commercial strains from either Whitelabs or Wyeast are not either of the current strains of Adnams, but may have been in the past. The yeast is a dual strain (one of which was Morgan's, no longer with us, thanks Watney's) with a ratio of 3:1 and is rebalanced every 6 months. Your only chance of getting close is to buy a 5l mini keg containing the yeast and culture from that.
