if i remember rightly the only hop used is cascade

It's not listed in the CAMRA Real Ale Almanac, at least the most recent edition (1997), and as Wheeler and Olloson's recipes are based on information in the Almanac I doubt they have produced recipes either. I just checked the brewery website and the only clue they give about ingredients is that it contains cascade hops, as Des says :(

well its a fairly plae brew with mainly hop flavour

something like
96% pale
4% crystal
sg 1040-1043

hop with cascade to 25ibu with a 60min addition, 30min addition, 5 min addition (and if you want super hop flavour add some at flame out/in the hop back)

use a neutral yeast nottingham or similar
